IIn 2016 when we created our Trakkables peer to peer lost and found system, we did not know where the product would take us. Then during the pandemic, we realized that we could make tours better, more efficient, more accountable, and so much more. We heard stories of items being lost and travelers being stuck until new passports were issued. We saw that not only did the traveler have a negative experience but the tour operator was on the hook for the cost, and it generated ill will and negative reviews of the tour operator. As a result we have tirelessly worked to create a revolutionary system that brings together our amazing lost and found system and our years of logistical and business management to create a stand-alone system that takes your tour business to the next level.
