Use of the site is for commercial and personal use and is subject to the terms of use. Accessing our site — whether by using the site or by browsing — means you agree to the terms set out below. You understand and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service. We reserve the right to adjust, correct, and change these terms and conditions at any time. Please check back occasionally to see updated terms.

Trakkables Travel is trademarked and its use is prohibited without express written permission. The person or company who purchases or activates Trakkables Travel tags is hereinafter defined as the "Customer / User." The person who reports a found product with a Trakkables Travel tag is hereinafter defined as the "Finder." Trakkables Travel cannot guarantee that your items will be returned.

Trakkables Travel owns all content on this site. You agree all material on this site is owned exclusively by Trakkables Travel, protected by law under trademark, copyright, patents, and proprietary rights, unless otherwise expressly stated. You shall not sell, modify, rent, distribute, lease, copy, or edit the content and functionality of this site, except when authorized in writing by Trakkables Travel.

If there is a product issue, purchases made through the tour operator must be addressed directly with the operator. Operators will deal directly with Trakkables Travel. Retail items should be addressed with the store where they were purchased. Online purchases should contact us directly. Any issue sent to us will be redirected to the correct party where possible.

The finder agrees that all information provided is accurate and valid. They also agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

All Trakkables Travel products, once activated, come with a 60-day activation service period from the final date of your itinerary. Active tags are deactivated at the end of the service period. If an item is found during the active period, a notification will be sent to the tour operator and the tour director or guide. Trakkables Travel will not be held responsible or liable as a result of non-established communication caused by a deactivated tag.

For both the finder and the person with the lost item: meet in a public place during the day. Do not come alone. Never give more personal information than is needed for both parties to meet up. Never give financial information or a home address. Use well-lit, well-populated locations to meet.

Avoid contacting each other at unreasonable times: before 9am and after 8:30pm. Be respectful and polite. It is very important that all information be kept current and accurate. Trakkables Travel will not be held responsible or liable for non-established communication caused by inaccurate or invalid information.

All users indemnify, hold harmless, and release all liability or responsibility for any use arising from the use, performance, or functionality of the system, downtime (internal or external), unstable or no internet, acts of war, acts of god, force majeure, or malicious acts by internal or external parties, as well as any items with our tags, lost items, communication between finders and users, and interaction between the aforementioned parties.

Trakkables Travel is strictly a travel management system and peer-to-peer lost and found communication service. Any use of our products for illegal or morally questionable purposes will result in immediate tag deactivation with no refunds. Physical or proposed violence, sexually explicit language or images, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate deactivation of all tags and a ban from our service. Trakkables Travel reserves the right to terminate service at its sole discretion for any reason.

Trakkables Travel does not warrant that its website or app will work on all devices. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure compatibility with the most up-to-date devices. All service on this site and content is provided "AS IS" / "WHERE IS" — there is no implied or expressed warranty, and use is at your own risk. Trakkables Travel does not guarantee the success of using a tag to recover lost items, nor the condition of returned items. We do not insure items used in our system.

Trakkables Travel reserves the right to terminate its services at any time without notice for any reason. No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription periods or tags should this occur.
